HR
In charge of the recruitment, including the release of information, advertising , collecting resumes, screening, F2F interviews, Offer and hiring processes
Perform interface activities between HR Agency, HR manager and China Operation Manager in Tecomec Italy
Support the HR consulting company for all tasks
Draft and maintain the Employee Handbook and other HR management related regulations and policies
New Employee training, labor contract preparation and the maintenance of the all the labor contracts
Handling employee relations and communication
External training and contact reported
Staff issued the relevant certificates required
Annual Health check
Make budget and control the cost for the department annually
Any other task related with HR

Admin and General Affair
In charge for all General Affairs
Associated with the landlord communication and coordination
Implement and follow up administrative policies & regulations
Maintain the office calendar for staff travel, team building, and other events
Arrange international VISA and invitation letters; for the expat employees
Annual Party and other employee activities organization
Arrange logistics and maintain office equipments

IT
Collect all IT problems in the company, make and update the working plan and support the IT consultant Company .
In charge to Purchase repairing and maintenance of all T devices

GM support
Assist with travel and schedule meetings and make appointments per GM request.
Help GM for translation during internal or external meeting
Translate communication, procedures or any document for GM .
Support GM during daily job to help him get the better communication in China

 Mainly we supply the leading manufacturer in high-pressure cleaners worldwide, assuring a competent and prompt after-sales service for users with and extended, capillary distribution network, present wherever the market requires it.
