Qualification:
1, Engineer degree (or equivalent) in mechanics / electronics or quality(min. Bachelor in Electric/Electronics or Mechanics)大学本科及以上学历，工科类专业，汽车、电子，机械类专业；
2. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in automotive industry，ISO/TS Auditor / VDA6.3 Auditor/ Automotive Quality experienced汽车行业3-5年工作经验，熟悉ISO/TS/VDA6.3，熟悉汽车行业质量体系
3. Experienced in supplier evaluation and development, continuous quality improvement and open issues management.熟悉供应商评估，开发，质量持续改进以及问题管理
Solid understanding of APQP/PPAP, Process Control Plan, SPC, PFMEA, working knowledge of automotive standards & requirements.熟悉APQP/PPAP, Process Control Plan, SPC, PFMEA, 熟悉汽车行业标准和流程
Good knowledge in Electronics (priority) & Mechanics Engineering，Solid experience in PCB or DC motor, both is preferred.在电子和机械方面经验丰富，有PCB或直流电机经验者优先
4 Excellent skills of process assessments and supplier development activities for electrical or mechanical components. Support of sourcing processes, participating in internal and external technical reviews with supplier and engineering.Experience in root-cause analysis and problem solving methods.熟悉汽车电子器件或机械部件的供应商开发和评估。支持采购发起，参与内部外部技术评审，熟悉根本原因分析和问题解决方法
5 Strong technical, engineering and communication skills.良好的工程技术和沟通能力
Flexibility to travel regular.可灵活安排出差
6 Comprehensive knowledge Microsoft Office，Q-Tools熟练使用计算机常用软件及质量管理工具
7 Good English skills (hear, speak & writing communications)熟练的英语水平（听说读写）

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述
1.Organize and conduct Quality Systems audits with representative teams for new potential suppliers and make recommendation for sourcing.组织和领导相关团队对潜在供应商进行质量体系审核，并给出结论
2.Coordinates the implementation of the supplier design review, process verification and new product launch activities.组织协调供应商开展从产品设计，过程验证，直到产品发布并量产
3.Create and assure Supplier Development Plan fully meet Program Timing required.建立供应商开发计划并确保满足项目计划
4.Works closely with project team to insure that supplier major concerns are solved.与项目团队一起确保供应商主要问题解决
5.Lead to verify and approve PPAP document.组织领导供应商PPAP文件提交和批准
6.To conduct manufacturing process audit on supplier in order to establish stable process control and quality management system with supplier.领导供应商过程审核，确保供应商质量和过程稳定
7.Provide defect solving tools with the suppliers and assure root cause identification and corrective action to protect SOP.同供应商一起建立机制在SOP之前保证根本问题已识别并且纠正措施已执行
8.Build and share the database of Lessons-Learned with suppliers.建立经验教训基础数据库
