职位描述

Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:

· Appreciate and apply the company values in daily work, ensure all issues from our customers are handled well according to the standards required by the department within the given timelines.
· Serve our customers with positive and service-minded attitude at all times.
· Ensure effective internal communication with other teams and departments, to act as a bridge between the customers and the company to pro-actively provide optimal solutions and/or services to our customers.
· Propose new initiatives for continuous improvement based on experience from daily communication with customers.
· Enhance customer experience by providing flexible solutions within principle.
· Mainly focus on EXP CUS handling, partially back up import customer service.

Specific responsibilities of the position:

· Take care of clients of the whole process starting from booking coming in till laden pick up in destination.
· Attend work on time. Attend Saturday/holiday on-duty in case of such need.
· Always demonstrate positive and service-minded attitude to our customers with great patience.
· Responsible for providing customer care to the customers assigned by branch manager.
· Proactively update/inform customers for company's new services, rolling and schedule change, etc.
· Promote mcc.com.sg e-commerce service to customers. Always ask for more.
· Continuously enhancing customer experience by be solution minded, taking ownership deliver commitment, show empathy, be passionate during daily operation interactions with customers.
· Constantly taking initiatives to provide ideas and innovative suggestions on how to improve overall customers' satisfaction level to our service.
· Responds to all telephone inquiries base on the basic telephone handling guidelines, ensure your phone is picked-up within 3 rings.
· Ensure all information inputted in the system is correct.

Measurement / success criteria of the position:

· Ability to perform within your areas of responsibility as outlined above. This includes accuracy and quality of work, quantity of work, problem solving skills
· Ability to work within a team as well as independently and your contribution towards ensuring that the best possible financial result is achieved for Company and Principals
· The measurable results/performance on services which you influence including the profitability of the company towards the local agency budget as well as toward the Line Management budget
· Ability to achieve targets as outlined in you KPIs
· Ability to deal with multiple parties during daily work
· Customers feedbacks
· Whether complaint internally or externally

Specific requirements for the position:


· Previous working experiences related to export customer service is preferred.
· Strong interpersonal savvy in relationship building with customers.
· Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
· Positive thinking and having a happy attitude.
· Having a good understanding of the company's values, always living the values in your job.
· Good English ability.
