Job Title: Product Manager for pharmaceutical industry
Location: China-Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
Provide product knowledge training and coaching to sales organization and ensure them have a clear understanding of the therapy area and treatment products.
Monitor the sales performance and competitive environment of the region to identify business opportunities and threats in region and develop business plan to realise for supporting achievement of regional sales target.
Understand key customer needs and maintain good relationship with KOLs in region
Prepare regional market analysis to identify business opportunities and threats
Develop regional marketing plan with clear objectives, goals and KPIs for the marketing activities
Manage promotional expenses of regional activities to ensure compliance with annual promotional budgets
Communicate and monitor sales organization for the implementation of regional marketing activities to ensure meeting of business objectives
Qualifications required
Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Medical, Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
Minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
Basic understanding of market, product knowledge and key customers
Basic knowledge in developing marketing plan and strategy
Good project management skill
Good communication skill
Good team player
Good computer skill, including word/excel/powerpoint
