Description:
Dual role of developing and supporting Information Technology within the HMC in addition to performing testing preparation for diagnosis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
？ Install and support lab equipment interface with LIMS system including data-capture systems (ELISA readers, Real-time PCR, other).
？ Serve as Local Business Administrator (LBA) for BIVETS Lab ware LIMS for HMC.
-Ensure continual function of LIMS System for Internal and external customers.
-Modify and add new diagnostic assay configurations as required.
-Serve as first responder to any disruptions/errors and report to Help Desk/Internal
Lab ware support as needed.
？ Lab testing roles including sample receiving, storage and information entry into LIMS.
？ Initiates and completes customary procedures in an efficient manner with supervision; Operates and is responsible for lab equipment.
？ Complies with applicable regulations, performing all work in a safe manner; Maintains proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies.
Requirements:
？ Advanced in MS Excel including development of analysis; Interests in IT.
？ Lab data management system experience is preferred.
？ PCR and serology testing experience is preferred.
？ Sample handling, storage, tracking, biosecurity.
？ Awareness/proven experience for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment.
？ Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
Eligibility Requirements:
？ Minimum 1 year working experience in diagnostic Laboratory or related filed.
？ Good English skills.
？ CNAS (ISO17025) experience is preferred.
