职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责博乐上海工厂的设备及公用设施的维修及保养，确保其处于安全及正常可用的状态。
2、根据生产实际的需要，申请并监督使用外协供应商完成设备的维修及维护工作。并有效控制其支出。
3、在博乐上海工厂建立并推广实施TPM体系。
4、在员工的自主保养工作中，对员工的维修及保养技能进行培训并提高。
5、对国家法律法规要求的设备和设施进行有效管理，确保其安全并正常使用，同时也满足相关规定的要求。
6、有效的建立备品备件的管理制度，并不断提高其实用效率。
7、负责博乐中国其他工厂的设备管理的技术支持，同时在博乐中国推广TPM及好的维修***实践经验。
8、上级领导安排的其他事项。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，机电一体化专业
2、10年以上工作经验
3、熟悉通用加工设备如铣床，磨床等，能独立完成该类设备的维修工作。.
4、熟悉数控工作原理，有数控系统的维护经验并能进行相应的故障诊断。
5、有工厂通用设施的维护和管理经验
6、有TPM体系工作经验
7、熟练使用CAD
8、机电类技师或工程师资质
