CIMTAS Ningbo is seeking Mechanical Engineer

Main Requirement:
？ Work location is in vicinity of Ningbo, in Beilun. If you can ‘t accept, please don’t send your resume.
？ English can be working/advance language, can read English documents and communicate with foreign colleagues.
？ Must be mechanical background (preferable Mechanical Engineer)
？ Related working experience can be 0-5 years, some documents we have templates . Just need you eager to learn.
Job Description and Mainly responsibilities:
？ Check and study technical data sheet /drawings /BOQ for new subjects from jobsite;
？ Select suppliers and review their qualification then send RFQ(request for quotation);
？ Collecting offers, check their quotation and technical document then make bid-tab;
？ Analyze the quotation, negotiate with the price, confirm the quality and delivery time
？ Prepare contract and send to suppliers
？ Expedite the production schedule and inspect the products with the help of third party or manufacturer
？ Supervise the transportation process
？ Prepare test report and file the project information track the goods performance on jobsite
？ Can travel in China and abroad
主要要求：
？ 此职位工作地点在宁波北仑，如果介意勿投；
？ 英文听说读写能力要好，可以阅读英文技术规范，直接与国外同事交流；
？ 机械相关背景；
？ 相关工作背景0-5年，无经验者，学习能力强，主动者也可考虑；
   工作描述和主要职责：
？ 检查从各个项目工地发来的物料需求，技术规范，和机械图纸；
？ 选择供应商，审查资质，确认合格后发询价；
？ 检查收集报价，初步审核技术资料后，发给工地工程师审核；
？ 分析报价，在确认质量和交期的前提下，比价议价；
？ 拟定合同发给最终确定的供应商；
？ 跟踪生产进程，必要时驻厂催货，在工厂或第三方检测机构协助下监督检测过程；
？ 准备检验报告并将采购信息归档, 后续质量跟踪，索赔及更换事宜；
？ 适应国内外出差； 举报 分享

Cimtas (Ningbo) Steel Processing Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Cimtas incorporated in Ningbo Free Trade Zone, China to fabricate power and process pipe spools and assemble process skids and modules with 12.400sqm shop and 1.200 sqm office area. The historical port city of Ningbo is 3 hours south of Shanghai via the Hangzhou Bay Bridge and harbors the Beilun port which is the second largest deep-seaport of China.
