职位描述：
Job Purpose:
The role consists on the global supplier management, market intelligence and risk management for perimeter in charge achieving defined objectives while ensuring a process of continuous improvement.
Key areas of accountability:
? Build and maintain a panel of best suppliers
o build a panel of suppliers for commodities in charge taking into account:
？ MTP
？ supplier competitiveness
？ supplier performance in mass production and PCP
？ supplier cost structure and best landed cost
？ formal supplier panel criteria
o participate in the definition and the implementation of the purchasing panel policy for assigned commodities
o manage supplier selection according to Group criteria
o negotiate and sign GPA and support on SRM acceptance by suppliers
? Panel management
o ensure a regular follow-up of the supplier’s performance with the SQ&D, plant and project purchasing
o ensure regular follow up of the suppliers in relation with the commercial performance
o set corrective measures when suppliers performance deviations happen to converge with budget
o set war rooms with supplier’s management to ensure existence of convergence plans and involvement of supplier management in its deployment according to escalation process
o define and implement a supplier’s optimization plan
? Supplier and market intelligence
o Be on the outlook of industry trends
o Create and update supplier profiles
o Search the market to find potential suppliers complying with panel, commercial and cost model requirements
o Propose suppliers for RFQ to test competitiveness of new incumbents and current supplier panel
? Risk management
o Regularly monitor supplier risk parameters
o Maintain a red list of suppliers at risk
o Set up and deploy on time an action plan to eliminate risks of the red list
? Supplier selection
o Provide short list of suppliers for RFQ
o Define the negotiation strategy
o Define, with the support of project buyers, supplier’s objectives for LTC, quick savings, rebates, one offs and payment terms
o Participate in SSC to ensure that global conditions are met
o Leverage global volumes
o Lead negotations for global or key suppliers and support with local suppliers when needed
o Co–sign LON and ensure that standard requirements are contained
? Participate in PCP milestone preparation and self assesment
? Manage localizations, supplier optimization and productivity action plans together with regional buyers
? Manage the global relathionship with suppliers
? Lead commercial negotiations with global or key suppliers and support with local suppliers when needed
? Manage global supplier capacity
? Manage suppliers cost reductions
o with regional and project buyers
o leverage synergies between different regions and projects and ensure that commercial conditions are applied through the whole of PSS
? Implement tools to improve global productivity
? Ensure that supplier prices are in line with raw material market prices
o Periodically monitor raw material market prices by grade
o Periodically monitor supplier price evolution
o Set adecuate measures to ensure performance
? Ensure the reporting of its activities following defined policies

Job scope:
Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties. lead a NPR purchasing team on daily operations. Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have partly impacts to NPR team. Tasks can be different and require prompt and accurate judgment.

Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: Engineering industrial/acoustic.
? Expertise/Skills: 10 years purchasing automotive experience, metal process & product knowledge.
? Language skills: Chinese and English both need be very good
? Personal Attributes: Leadership skills, critical thinking, ethical/honest, accountable teamwork, communication skills, and milestone experience. 举报 分享
