Responsibilities:
？ To carry out lab tests to compare between Bermocoll and competitors and to use local produced material with Bermocoll to build up paints formulation recommendation list.
？ To learn and share local customers' paints test method and criteria on cellulose and to build up suitable testing method to meet China customers' needs.
？ To handle other issues ,including raw material and consumable material acquisition for lab daily operation, document filing and sample request and delivering ,etc
？ To maintain the lab operate well , including Hands-on knowledge of lab equipments operation, maintenance and lab management and ensure all daily operation in line with Corporate HSE policy
？ Good communication with customer to solve technical issues
Requirements:
？ Minimum a bachelor degree required, with a major in polymer science, chemistry or related fields with at least 3 years practical technical experience in formulation development and complaints handling.
？ Be able to demonstrate understanding of water based architectural Paint Technology and role of paints technical specialist for at least 1 year
？ Be capable of independently carrying out the paints application research project, with a complete report and database input according to need.
？ Good communication skills to help customer solve problems and to support sales team
？ Be capable of English speaking and reporting skills
？ Skilled in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
