Responsibilities:
？Plan, Organised and execute the SBU's Asia Sales and Financial objectives for China.
？Manage, engage and develop both direct and indirect reports towards maximising their efforts towards achieving the SBU's stated objectives.
？Coordinate internal interface between Production, Supply Chain, Technical Service and the China Sales and Marketing Team.
？Is the link between China and the other Asian regions for Sales & Marketing activities.
？As a member of the Chelates Asian Management Team, contributes to the formulation of the SBU's Asian Strategy and its implementation, policy pertaining to sales & marketing activities, and necessary expertise in relation to China.
？Ensures that all Sales & Marketing activities are in strict compliance with AkzoNobel's Business and Anti Competition Principles.
Requirements:
？A Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferably with an MBA
？More than 5 years in Sales and Marketing managing sales and marketing team.
？Self motivated goal getter with strong Team Leadership quality
？Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
