Responsibilities:
？Technical service to customers, provide basic technical guidelines include product recommendation, guiding formulation, and application knowledge.
？Delivery technical project and TSWRs according to objective and schedule.
？Support promotional activities; include seminars, trainings etc.
？Dealing with customer complains and potential solutions and opportunities
？Other technical related works
Primary tasks
？Ensure compliance with SHE and relative legal requirements
？Provide technical support for applications and products to customers and sales people through customer visits.
？Coordinate laboratory projects within the team.
？Train sales people and customers on product knowledge and applications.
？Collect market intelligence through surveys and clients visit report to management on a regular basis. Secondary tasks
？Provide support in preparing technical literature and presentations.
？Take part in industry-related events eg. trade shows and exhibitions.
？Keep regular contact with co-suppliers to the construction industry.
People managment
？Lead and supervise technician in carrying out customer project work.
Requirements:
？Educational Level: Bachelor Degree or above, chemical or materials science or engineering
？Working Experience: 2 years+ in relevant industries
？Language Skills: Fluent Chinese and English
