职位描述：
General Overview：
1. Lead, support and monitor marketing specialists to handle daily works on sampling, colors, packaging engineering and development, and sku specs maintenance.
2. Training marketing specialists on products and packaging knowledge.
3. Foresee problems/issues for the direction, concepts and tasks from US team, and assist marketing specialists to work correctly with suppliers and US team, to avoid mistaken during development and mass production.
4. Involve in packaging material/structures/sampling evaluation, testing, and provide suggestions and solutions.
5. Make approval decision on colors and packaging when needed.
6. Work and submit weekly activities reports to marketing manager.
7. Coordinate the team with other departments on daily works and provide supports and suggestions to other departments when necessary.
8. Set up and update maintenance database for sampling, sku’s, and packaging.

Tasks & Responsibilities
? 30% Sample requests arrangement and leading. Color chips evaluation and check.
? 30% Packaging engineering evaluation and development
? 10% Database set up and maintenance
? 10% Lead and take charge of big special DI program development on sampling, packaging and specs, as well as NPD projects.
? 10% Training marketing specialists
? 10% Schedule and hold meeting with other departments on coordinating daily works

Required:
? Bachelor degree holder, prefer English /Foreign Business major
? 4-5 years and above working experience on foreign company.
? Have experience with marketing coordination, or familiar with stainless steel and plastic products.
? Have experience on sampling follow up and maintenance, packaging engineering and development, and sku specs maintenance for production.
? Have innovative ability and able to provide good suggestions and solutions on works.
? CET 6, good oral and written English. Good at using office software.
? TEM 8 or Familiar with using Illustrator software. 举报 分享
