职位描述
A: 50% of time: HPMO sales China/South East Asia to Solar Cell Industry
Manages direct sales to solar industry
Manages sales in Singapore/Malaysia area via HPMO local agent
Coordinates as account Manager ongoing Turn Key Chemical Distribution System Installation Projects at customer sites
Supports customers on technical and safety related matters
B: 50% of time: HPMO Solar business development:
Pro-actively pursues new growth opportunities at existing and new customers to grow the business.
Builds and maintains relationships with local sales and support staff of (foreign) technology licensors to the solar industry
Develops relationships with other suppliers to the solar industry, especially specialty gases suppliers
Initiates and develops new partnerships with external technology providers, which can support / enable continued HPMO business growth.
Maintains and grows a network of contacts with relevant university and technology institute groups.
Develops and maintains market information in solar cell industry
Participates in Global HPMO Sales and Marketing Meetings
Job Requirement / Candidate profile
Theoretical qualifications and practical experience
A technical background in sciences or engineering, preferably in the semiconductor area, or other relevant discipline
Several years of proven (technical) sales experience to the semiconductor industry or solar cell manufacturing industry preferably at an electronics materials or tool supplier
Proven track record of successfully developing and growing substantial business with new or existing customers
Experience in negotiation of large, long term supply agreements with customers
Project management and planning skills
Good interpersonal skills, and empathy for cultural differences
Proactive, hands-on attitude
Command of English language (written/spoken)
