We are currently seeking a Director of Business Development for our Integrated Facilities Management Contracts Division. This sales position will be responsible for the development of new business and potential accounts in a variety of sectors focused on Integrated Facilities Management in the Greater China Area region.

- The purpose of this role will be to drive the company's growth in China, acquiring clients and new business
- Able to generate leads and find new opportunities
- Align with the company’s strategy and generate revenue in targeted sectors
- Ability to lead the sales process
- Maintain client relationship and renew existing contracts
