职位描述：

工作职责

1、负责导入平面磨床操作及工作流程建立

2、根据公司要求，提高机械加工设备效率。

3、根据工作订单合理安排机加工设备及工作时间，确保按时交货

4、对车间生产设备的日常维护，解决突发故障，以保证生产正常进行。

5、为此岗位培养备用人才。

6、对设备定期维护，及时更换出问题的配件（如:刀粒、砂轮等）

7、维护好工作区域生产安全及5S要求。

8、车间主管安排的其他事项。

任职职责

1、5年以上工作经验

2、具备熟练铣床磨床的操作能力，能排除基本的机械故障。.

3、能够熟练使用测量工具.

4、熟练的5S和设备维护操作的能力.

5、熟悉铣床和磨床生产作业流程,并具备良好的处理异常的能力.
