职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance will conduct quality inspections and production process control in vendor. Primary focus on the product safety, functions, assembly, dimension, appearance, packing etc., and work with vendor on the production improvement, quality corrections. Monitoring the vendor quality management system, tracking the verification test requirement, quality compliance as well.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1. Conduct quality inspections including IPQC and FQC for shipments at vendor site according to the shipping/production schedule, product Spec and inspection criterion, and issue the inspection report for record.
2. Perform inspection on the pre-production sample of new projects on function and standard compliance, as well as Key spec.
3. Perform inspection on the first article of new projects first mass production according to Spec, IC and frame drawings. And verify the improvement of issues which addressed in pre-production sample check list from project team.
4. Drive CAR actions on inspection failure, quality complaint and the 3rd party test failure as well. Follow up the corrections implementation and verification.
5. Control and verify the implementation of engineering change.
6. Review GCC and correct the non-conformance in time.
7. Routine audit quality system/SOP performance on vendor process, immediately correct the inconformity.
8. Report inspection report timely to team. Send weekly & monthly report in time also.







JOB REQURIEMENT
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
1. College or university Degree required.
2. At least 2 years working experience in Quality/Technical/Engineering.
3. Priority with working experience in the bike industry, e-bike or electric products experience will be a plus.
4. Priority with bike knowledgeable such as standards, manufacturing process (such as stamping, welding, painting, decal, assembly etc.), related regulations
5. Owns the knowledge & experience on PDCA/SPC/8D/ PFMEA etc.
6. Experience for the mass production process control.

SKILLS:
1. Basic English reading and writing, oral English will be a plus.
2. Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good logical thinking
