职位描述：
************The position belongs to Stone Forest's headcount and works in famous foreign company, it's a long-termed position. Working location is Zhang Jiang.
此职位隶属我司员工，长期合同，在客户公司工作，主要负责境外付款，资金管理，税务方面，工作地点在张江。

Basic Accountabilities:
1)Routine Tax Compliance
?Coordinate with external tax firm to prepare and file CIT, VAT/Export tax refund, Expat IIT and other tax return monthly/quarterly/annually or as frequent as needed, ensure full compliance with prevailing tax requirements;
?During month end closing, collect the information and prepare tax reconciliation to support tax manager to prepare all GL entries relating to tax, tax provision;
?Facilitate tax audit by both external and internal if any, mainly related to the documentation preparation.
?Hands on tax compliance work including but not limited to contract/payment registration and tax clearance process for for outbound remittance, purchasing and validating invoices, visiting tax bureau as frequent as needed and other tax ground works;
?Support ad-hoc tax projects and other tax tasks as assigned by tax manager.

2)Foreign Currency Control and Hedging
?Be responsible for foreign currency incoming declaration and exchange;
?Prepare the documents for hedging Foreign currency exposure as company policies required with bank;
?Support in collect the documents to maintain Credit facilities with banks and maximize company interest;

3)Cash and Bank accounts management
?Monitor cash status in all bank accounts and manage cash flow. Prepare cash flow forecast on monthly basis.
?Prepare the documentation and approval for bank signature change
?Monthly oversea receipt monitoring and confirmation preparation
?Prepare funds transfer based on monthly cash follow and maintain the call back list
?Monitor payment schedule status, payment coordinator with approver, urgent payment coordinator etc.
?Foreign income declaration in China safe official website
?During month end closing, support the accounting team to prepare all GL entries relating to treasury, cash pooling/Entrust Loan and bank interest.
4)Others
?Monitor all documentation filing status and overall management on the documentation filing(include Accenture team and SBA team)
?Quarterly system update e.g. BAR,CADET and E-bank

Qualification Requirement:
1)Education: A bachelor degree holder related to accounting or finance
2)Experience: at least 3 years finance experiences in MNC with practices in tax and treasury position
3)Language: Good Chinese and English as business required
4)Computer Skills: Solid expertise in Office suite, previous experience with JD Edwards or other ERP and Hyperion is a preferred skill
5)Other Key Competencies: Good communications and interpersonal skills. Strong service and proactive mindset. Good time management skills in handling multiple task with strict deadlines 举报 分享
