主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
1、Process Support:
－Support solution finding process for quality problems in production.
协助解决生产中出现的质量问题
－Support daily production meeting.
协助召开日常生产例会。
－Leads the analysis of equipment breakdowns, unstable equipment and unusual wear of fixtures & toolings and prepare report (Maintenance analysis report - monthly).
负责对设备停工、不稳定和工装夹具的不正常磨损进行分析，并准备报告
－Assist to create maintenance plan (PM) and implement it
协助做设备维修计划（PM）并执行此计划
－Process analysis and optimization for production equipment.
对设备进行过程分析和优化。
－Prepare, make drawings, implement and document production improvement proposals
制定图纸，实施生产改进方案，并对改进建议存档。
－Update & create production documents (PFEMA, FC, drawings, control plans, WI, machine data check sheets, parts collection sheet, failure collection card) - for equipment.
编制并更新设备的生产文件（PFEMA, 流程图, 图纸，控制计划，作业指导书， 设备点检卡，零件收集卡，废品收集卡）。
－Prepare and train operators for new production processes and equipment.
为新生产流程和设备作准备并对操作者进行培训。
－Supports revision of PS procedures for his/her area of responsibility.
协助制定其工作职责领域内的PS流程并审核。
－Responsible for MSA of old equipment (prepare MSA checklist, check and review MSA documents regularly).
负责MSA(准备MSA检查清单、定期检查并审核MSA文件)

2、Manufacturing Planning:
－Support development of manufacturing concepts.
支持生产方案的开发

3、Other:
－Prepare accident & near miss report (Accident & Near miss report - monthly).
准备工伤事故及安全隐患报告（每个月）
－Inform superior about all important incidents in the area of responsibility.
将其职责领域内所有事故上报。
－Coordinates technical lead on the improvement project and the cooperation and information distribution across departments (especially
DE, DQ and Production).
在项目上协调技术部经理，并负责将信息分发到各部门（尤其是产品部、质保部和生产部）
－Deals with issues for site facilities.
负责厂房设施问题。

4、Safety:
－Give suggestion and help on safety and health protection to company or factory management level.
为公司或管理层提供所有涉及岗位安全和健康保护方面的建议和帮助。
－Estimate the working condition and ensure the safety and health protection action plan to implement effectively.
评估工作条件并确保安全与健康措施有效实施。
－ Implement safety responsibility.
实施安全责任制。
－ Provide labor protection equipment.

－ Create safety target and make safety performance appraisal

任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification
1、知识Knowledge
学历Education Bachelor in mechanical or process engineering or similar机械或工艺工程或相关专业的学士学位
外语Language 良好的英语运用能力Good command in English
计算机Computer skill 熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project, Auto CAD)
2、经验Experience
汽车或相关行业经验Auto.Industry or related E. "Min 2 years experience in automotive or machining manufacture industry
至少两年的汽车或机加工业设备维修及管理经验"
项目参与经验Project member experience 须有项目参与经验 Project experience is required
跨文化工作经验Interculture experience 至少两年的外企工作经验 At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company

ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (TK-PS) is 100% TK Presta Steering owned Company in China. It is located at Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Park with size of 40'000 square meter. Presta Shanghai was registered on May 31st, 2011 with total investment of 33 million Euros. As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. ThyssenKrupp Presta HuiZhong Shanghai Co., Ltd. ThyssenKrupp Presta Fawer (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TK-PFC) is a joint venture company founded on October 11th, 2003 in Changchun. It is invested by ThyssenKrupp Presta and Steering Factory of Fawer Automotive Parts Company Ltd with 60% to 40% investment share. The Company mainly engages in product development, manufacturing and marketing of steering columns in China.
Main customers are FAW-VW, FAW Truck, FAW Car, Tianjing-Xiali, Beijing-Benz Daimler, Renault Samsung Motors, Great Wall Motor, and Beijing Automotive etc. The annual production capacity is 2.4 million pieces currently.
