岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making:
1、Organize and implement all objectives assigned by the production department.
? 组织完成生产部门分配的所有工作目标。
2、Responsible for optimal usage & deployment of the team members to ensure efficient production.
? 负责团队成员的最佳配备方式以确保有效的生产。
3、Support the autonomy of his team (ensuring professional competences for each team member).
? 协助团队自治(确保每个团队成员都具有专业技能)
主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities:
-Regular control & approve status of daily maintenance & check quality of maintenance with related teams
对日常维护进行定期管理控制及批准,并与相关团队共同检查维修的质量。
-Participate daily production meeting & organize work accordingly.
参与日常生产例会并组织相关工作。
-Support preparation and organize implementation of maintenance projects and afterwards archive project documentation.
协助准备维护项目的实施,并对项目文件进行存档。
-Collect information then organize and implement preventative maintenance schedule (PM Schedule).
收集信息,拟定预防性维护计划并实施(PM时间表)
-Support, issue and collect completion sheets of planned maintenance.
支持、发布及收集计划性维修维护清单
-Collect and monitor information from the daily check sheets (machine data sheets). Afterwards store them regularly (weekly).
收集、监控日常检查清单信息(机器数据清单),并定期存档。(每周)
-Prepare, update and document repair requirements for external subcontractors.
制定、更新外部分包商的维修要求,并存档。
-Collect, prepare, and analyze objectives of the maintenance group (Utility cost, unplanned downtime, etc.) and communicate to the team.
收集、制定维护维修小组的工作目标(动力成本、零计划停工等)并进行分析及信息通报
-Prepare summary for the work of all team members and report to supervisor monthly (required for team bonus calculation).
对所有团队成员的工作进行总结,每月向上级领导汇报。(以供核算班组奖金)
-Support and require that everybody complies with internal (company) and external (by law) safety regulations, processes,
procedures, and work instructions.
支持并要求所有相关人员严格遵守内部(公司)和外部(法定)安全法规、工艺、程序和工作指导书。
-Responsible for implementation of 5S standards in maintenance room.
负责维修间进行5S管理的实施。
-Ensure planned maintenance work to implement on time and to be in high quality
保证预防性维修按时进行且保证高质量
-Inform supervisor about all important incidents in his/her area of responsibility.
