职位描述：
接听销售服务热线，协调售后服务及结果反馈跟踪
-Answering the sales service hot-line, coordinate with after-sales team for after-sales service arrangement and following up result feedback collection.
- 整理收集售后服务相关信息，汇报与相关方分享
- Collects rafter-sales relative inf. and report to the relevant for share
-配合市场专员，按要求收集分析各种销售数据、信息
-Support Marketing Executive for Sales and market data/information collection/Analysis
-在需要时，代理执行相关岗位的日常工作职责
- Play as deputy to relative positions refer daily operations when needed
-其他分配的销售相关责任
- Other Sales relative duties as assigned.


职位要求（Qualification and Experience expectation）:
1、 大专以上学历
College Degree or above is preferred.
2、 两年以上销售内勤工作经验，良好的沟通能力与习惯，具团队合作精神
Experienced on sales assistance, good communication skill and manners, has team work spirit.
3、 善于利用网络搜索和抓取数据者优先
Be sensitive to internet searching is preferred

技能、素质要求及个人物质（Skills and Personal Attributes）：

普通话流利，英语能读写
Fluent mandarin & English written and reading at least
熟悉电脑操作，熟练使用常用办公软件（Excel ,Word, PPT）及邮件往来
Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; email
诚实、正直，作为团队一员能够与其他成员一起为实现共同目标而努力
Honesty and integrity, a team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team
自我驱动，能根据事项轻重缓急有效安排事务处理顺序
Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
