JOB PURPOSE　工作目的

Work closely with GSSC to ensure timely & accurate finance reporting in accordance with both group & local standard and timely
Identify the opportunity to continues improve the operational excellence of finance shared service and lead the project



PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责


？ Work closely with GSSC on monthly working calendar to make sure timely and accurately report of both group and local financial report

？ Ensure the smooth of daily operation in finance and accounting

？ Ensure finance process strictly followed and compliance with company’s policy and DOA

？ Review cost center report and provide analysis between Actual and BU//Ex

？ Monitor the closing and ensure the schedule are closely followed

？ Prepare the AP forecast and monitor the payment in accordance with plan

？ Consolidate the B/S review file and follow up closely to clear the aged items

？ Identify and lead project to continues improve finance shared service’s efficiency and effectiveness

？ Monitor GSSC’s KPI and come out development & coach plan

Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement 学历／专业资格要求

Bachelor degree, preferably in finance, accounting.
Work Experience Requirement 工作经验要求

minimum of 5 year of working experience in accounting and familiar with group reporting in MNC company
2 year people management experience
Project experience is an advantage
Skill/Competence Requirement主要技能要求

Accounting knowledge in both IFRS and local GAAP
Excellent interpersonal skill
Familiar with ERP system, experience with JDE is an advantage

Personal Characteristics Requirement　性格特征要求

Open minded and a change driver
Good communication skill
Proactive, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented


Language ability Requirement 语言能力要求

Native Chinese speaking with good communication skills
Good command of English is a plus
Computer literacy Requirement 电脑知识要求

Good MS office skill, especially on excel, word and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of ERP system
