Title
Industry Sales Manager/销售经理_GCQ
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Achievement of sales results in line with company targets;
? Lead the south-west industry sales team to execute the Grundfos West industry strategy.
? To promote and ensure the use of CRM and other sales excellence tools and practices throughout the team.
? Produce the team sales reports timely.
? Develop the west sales team to be an ambitious, aggressive and effective working team
? Building a strong Grundfos marketing position and brand, propose solutions and plan to develop the business and the strategy;
? Manage and develop the sales channels in terms of dealers and partners, proposing authorisation and termination of dealerships, based on advance approval from management.
? Develop and maintain the effective business relationship with customers, authorities, contractors and design institutes, etc.
? Make proposals for the sales objective and cost budget.
? To involve in dealing with customer's complaints of products and their functioning after sales.
? Get feedbacks from customers regarding the product services and report back if it live up to the standards laid down by the company/the Group.
? To search for the information regarding competitors’ product and market trends as well, and work with the Management to consider the actions that should be taken.
? To manage and be involved in dealing with cross territory sales issues.
? To coordinate or participate in customer seminars, exhibitions and other sales promotion events in cooperation with BD.
Qualification and Experience
? Degree holder in Building Water Supply & Drainage, HVAC, or relevant discipline
? Minimum 5 years of experience as sales engineer in building service area.
? The one with pump or HAVC knowledge will be an advantage
? The one with experience in dealer/channel development and management will be an advantage
? Good command of written and spoken English.
