Job Description职位描述
● Check and confirm sales order on price, quantity and other terms, work with related departments to ensure products are prepared as per schedule.
   检查和确认销售订单的价格、数量及各项条款，与相关部门合作并确保产品按计划执行。
● Ensure no POs are pending and create WOs on proactive basis.
   确保采购订单在工作指令发出期间的准确性。
● Work with different departments like sales team, warehouse team etc to ensure smooth release of an order.
   与各部门团结协作，如销售团队、仓库管理等，以确保订单的顺利发布。
● Arrange inland transportation and ocean shipping, monitor the logistic status, solve the issues and appraise KPI of shipping company. And timely prepare the shipping documents to customer for the shipment declaration.
   安排内陆或海运运输工作、监控物流现状、处理与航运公司，并对关键绩效指标进行评估，及时准备和申报客户的出货文件。
● Maintain daily contact with customer, support sale to react to customer’s enquiries, claims and demands.
   保持与客户的日常联系、协助销售对客户的询问、赔付及要求作出反馈。
● Work on return orders to understand the customer issues and arrange for return ？shipments, if needed.
   根据工作需要，安排返回订单并了解客户的确切退货原因。
● Ensure collection of remittance from customer on time.
   确保及时催述和跟踪客户的汇款信息。
● Prepare monthly analysis report, KPI , make suggestion on improvement.
   准备月度分析报告、绩效指标并提出改进意见。
● Collect customer needs and take action to improve customers satisfaction.
   整理客户需求并采取行动以提高客户满意度。
● Make sure to maintain good relations with the customers and get repeat orders.
   确保与客户保持良好的关系，促使新订单生成。
● Adhere to the processes and ensure high service quality.
   规范工作流程，确保高质量服务。

Requirements 职位要求
● Must be Chinese citizen.
   中国籍雇员。
● Bachelor’s degree in related fields, ideally in Business Management.
   本科以上相关专业学历，贸易管理专业优先考虑。
● Able to work at night shift [fixed schedule: 9PM ­ 6AM, Mon.­to Fri.].
   能够接受白班与夜班替换工作，夜班时间是周一至周五晚上9点至次日早晨6点。
● Able to write email fluently in English.
   具备流利写英文邮件的能力。
● Good communication and organizational/administrative skill.
   具备优秀的沟通能力、组织能力或行政管理技能。
● Possess great skill in Microsoft Office.
   擅长运用微软系统软件。
● Excellent in numeric skill and problem solving skills.
   有很优秀的数字管理及处理问题的能力。
● Exceptional attention to detail.
   具备对细节处理耐心的能力。

Employment Benefits 福利待遇
● An initial salary of RMB7,000 ­ RMB8,000 (After Tax) according to qualification and experience.
   月薪约7000元至8000元(税后)，根据个人资质和工作经验而定。
