●制定物流策略
    Developing  the logistics strategy
●规划每个outsourcing零件的运输
     Planning the transportation for outsourcing parts
●负责为工厂制定运输计划，保障工厂的生产运营
    Responsible for making transportation plan to cover production requirements
●驻厂追踪交付状态，及时解决运输风险
    Tracking the delivery status and avoiding transportation risk in time
●对第三方物流的工作绩效进行评价，并促成其改进
    Evaluating the performance of the third party logistics, and promote supplier’s continuous Improvement
●对新选点的供应商的物流出货条件进行评审
    Evaluating the delivery conditions of new suppliers
●追踪装载绩效，并不断改进
    Tracking supplier’s loading rate , and improving continuously
●负责规划新工厂厂内物流、各车间交付道口、RDC的设置等等
  Developing the internal logistics strategy, location of dock doors and RDC for new plant
●负责第三方物流RFQ的编制与招标工作
     Responsible for editing RFQ and bidding for the third party logistics 举报 分享
