Objective:
Understand manufacturing process and provide technical support/ trouble shooting within established timing and cost for production.
New project developing
Responsibility:
1, Review drawing and understanding the drawing and customer requirement clearly.
2, Conduct discussion with team and production technician for technical issues.
3, Approve drawing and come out the control specification, issue drawing to production after
Approving.
4, Communicate with Sales or customer then develop competitive solutions when needed.
5, Design validation with IST programmer;
6, Process capability evaluation,
7,Trouble shooting and technical proposal for production when production have problems;
8, Design and develop for production tooling, fixture included checking fixture;
8,Surfacetreatment solution to customer as require
9,Working with team for new project development;
10, PPAP document preparation and submission.

须具备的知识、技能和能力:
Mechanical background, computer literate, communication skill, understanding English document.
TS Orientation;
Familiar with Engineering soft ware such as AutoCAD;
最低资格要求:
Minimum Qualities:
Mechanical background, bachelor degree or above.
1~2 years experience with Engineering.
