职位描述：
Principle Accountabilities职责(职责包括在线测试人员和应用喷涂人员，这两个工种的人员需要互补):
遵守标准操作程序，安全准确有效地操作机器人执行喷涂检测，记录,整理,汇报,存档检测数据；
执行非常规的检测或者实验室小样的制作
如有必要，配合同事调查质量事故或客户投诉
执行产品、中间体的常规检测，检测结果在SPEC范围内的应及时放行，不在范围的应该向PE 或Chemist汇报, 由技术部出具体的解决方案。
颜色批次的检测和根据Shader指示对颜色批次进行调整或通知车间进行调整。
对所有测试的数据进行记录和输入系统。
实验室区域相关检测仪器的日常维护。
实验室文件日常维护。
参与实验室SOP的发放和执行。
负责对所使用的仪器进行维护和清洁及所在工作环境的5S工作。
上级安排的其它工作。

Skill and Knowledge Required技能及知识要求:

化工相关专业本科以上学历
较好的动手能力,了解一些实验室设备和机械知识
学习能力强，能够较快接受新事物
吃苦耐劳，能够适应倒班工作;
良好的沟通协调能力;
有一定的英文读写能力;
