职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 完全负责公司在青浦区的仓库，并汇报给物流的经理
2. 负责优化仓库的生产效率、工作流程和组织结构
3. 负责培训仓库的主管/员工，同时直接监管KPIs
4. 负责和海关和CIQ商检独立地联系工作
5. 负责和相关的顾客维护关系
6. 负责生成周工作计划，优化日常工作量，推动仓库团队成员能完成每个人的日常任务
7. 管理客服团队的日常工作，优化客服团队的工作流程和效率
8. 负责优化仓库的总成本

岗位要求：
1. 本科学历
2. 大约3年的相关经验
3. 流利的英语口语和书写能力，对MS Office办公软件使用熟练
4. WMS仓库管理系统的使用经验
5. 能在高压的环境下工作 举报 分享
