Job Responsibility:
1. Communicate with TRW resident engineers in each region to get enough warranty information and feedback.
2. Coordinate warranty analysis with TPS, RD, SQE, PM, PD… as to get root cause and corrective actions for each return.
3. Verify warranty corrective action, follow up its implementation and monitor its effectiveness.
4. Report and escalate special warranty issues internally to get fast response and countermeasure.
5. In time warranty return report and update per each customer requirement.
6. Maintain systems, like PRTS, GQTS, GWD.
7. People management
8. Other tasks assigned by QA Manager.
Minimum Qualification Required:
1. Bachelor's degree, major in engineering, like electronics or mechanics or related.
2. 5 years working experience in manufacturing, box-build assembly and high volume/mix is preferred.
3. Quality background, automotive and engineering experience is preferred
4. Fluent oral English to communicate with foreigners.
5. Good excel and PowerPoint skills to manage reporting.
6. Good team built, communicate and working skills
