1、分析统计招聘需求，组织执行公司的招聘活动，开拓并评估各招聘渠道，建立储备人才库。
2、任职资格体系搭建，关注员工职业素养、专业技能提升。
3、HR团队管理。

岗位要求:
1、相关专业本科以上学历。
2、熟悉相关劳动法律法规，精通人力资源管理的系统知识，具备较强的组织、规划能力。
3、熟悉招聘、培训、绩效、员工劳动关系，薪酬福利等各个模块。
4、有制造业工作经历。
5、熟练运用Office办公软件。
6、流利的英语听说读写能力。
7、至少8年以上HR相关工作经验。
