 SP (Specialist) for Fuel Tank, Valves, Canister and metallic Straps
? SP (Specialist) for Fuel Filler Pipe, Capless, Fuel Lines and Metallic/Plastic parts (skid bars, heath shields, brackets, clips, quick connectors)
? SP (Specialist) for Fuel Delivery Module, PWM control module
? PE (Product Eng.) for Fuel System
? PE (Product Eng.) for Fuel System
? CAD Designer for Fuel System

Fuel System Specialist x3 (Fuel tank, FDM, Filler Pipe)
Brief Task Description
Qualifications
1. Develop the technical solutions for complex systems and components that meet all functional and business objectives.
Ensure technical integrity as well as standardization of design, process and validation.
2. Responsible of related System and Components design & process validation definition (DVP/R and AQP), Lead to review
CFD, FEA, GD&T, FMEA, 8D and automotive product development process. etc.
3. To support his/her System & Components programs development and local vehicle launch, on time, on budget.
4. Support Engineering documents: Timing; Bill of Materials; Design changes and Product Data Management; Release source
package and support sourcing activities; Support internal and external technical reviews and audits.
5. Support fuel system related safety, CCC regulation and homologation.
6. Support a multi-functional team in problem resolving. Support functional groups both internal and external.
7. Liaise with JV to support launch & ensure issues to be fixed on time with quality according to milestone deliverables.
8. Lead the fuel system related components competency building and its knowledge sharing, also include manufacturing
process of fuel tank, fuel delivery module, fuel filler pipe, canister, etc.
9. Support global team the development of design guideline, best practices and spec harmonization.
10. In change of related fuel system components patent activity.
11. Follow carefully APAC regulations, and support to give out related components technical solutions.
- Education: BS above degree in Mechanical/Engine/Vehicle Engineering.
- Experience: More than 10 years’ experience in Fuel System design and release.
- Skills & Competences :
1. Component and System Integration proficiency.
2. Execution of Functional Area.
3. CPCP management. Program mgmt skills, manage the process of development and validation, monitor program
timing.
4. Manufacturing Process Knowledge / Skills.
5. Ability to coordinate and negotiate acceptable tradeoffs/conflicts between teams.
6. Strong Multi-Level Communication / Networking Skills. Also, leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.
7. Product development tools and methods proficiency.
8. Supplier management skills, Lead AQP meeting and technical review with supplier.
9. Fluent in both oral and written English.
10. Excellent team worker

Fuel System Product Engineer x2
Experience: At least 3 years' of experience in Fuel system design and release.

Product Engineer (CAD Engineer)
Experience: At least 3 years' of experience in cooling system development and release, experience of vehicle Original
