职位描述：

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Develop quality management programs and inspection standards

2. Review the current working system, procedures & structure and make implementation

3. Set up roles & responsibility and assess the performance from time to time

4. Identify and write systems and procedures and as important an ability to train and execute those procedures with the staff, ensure they work

5. Re-engineer the business from a quality systems and procedures prospective

6. Able to manage a team of 15 people including quality control team, quality assurance team for both technical and testing concerns and internal factory auditor

7. Can independently communicate with overseas customers and able to discuss & lease with them

8. Familiar with global testing requirements, taking responsibility of all testing policy and testing cost, advising internally the protocol to follow

9. Responsible and actively involved from start to finish vendor selection together with sourcing team

10. Able to give CAP to vendors when there is any non-compliance in terms of factory audit or product quality. And the more important is to ensure vendors can follow

11. Review vendor’s quality performance by monthly and drive the internal meetings to discuss the issues if any, set up next goal for vendors to achieve or give notice to Sourcing department to come up with other plan

12. Provide training for vendors to ensure they meet the international/customers compliance standards and access them in regular time frame

13. Arrange and follow up customer factor audit if required, responsible for communicating with customers regarding to factory compliance issues

14. Liase with customers’ inspection result if not agreed by the company

15. Discuss with vendors and come up with rework plan if inspection is failed

16. Define quality control plan and make sure they are fully understood and implemented by vendors

17. Keep constant review on the testing cost and get a minimal cost from time to time

18. Capture information on new regulation and requirements from customers, work out new procedures and process to ensure product is fit for purpose

19. Handle customer complaints commercially and independently

Requirement:

1. Have commercial flair, excellent team player.

2. Able to demonstrate excellent Management skill. Train, Coach and direct the team.

3. Able to constantly improve the level of the team members.

4. Must be in a similar position and able to proof success within it.

5. Minimum 8 years of working experience, with strong negotiation and analytical skill.

6. Experience in global trading office and working with major retailers is a benefit.

7. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to work under own initiative with minimum supervision.

9. Dynamic, hands on and with "can do" attitude in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding environment.

10. Good project management and prioritization skills, can work under high pressure.

11. Good command of both written and spoken English.

12. Must have the strength to inform instruct the trading side of the business on how to work within requires of our customers and the requirements set internally, identify if this is not happening.
