Role details

? Assis the Souring assistant on the secretarial duties, like answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, organising meetings,producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

? Purchasing office supplies & services.

? Coordinating the collection of monthly staff expenses, ensuring that they are completed correctly

? Assis the Sourcing assistant on the order following-up.

? Assis the Sourcing assistant on the finance and payment tasks.


Skills and Experience

? The fourth-grade university student is preferred.

? Exceptional English language written and oral communication skills

? Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages. (office tools like Excel, word, outlook).

? Good planning & time management skills
