职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Participates in Pre-Production meetings, with follow-up as necessary
? Conducts during-production (DUPRO) inspections
? Assesses & improves factory Quality Mgt. Systems
? Conducts failure investigations & root cause analysis
? Assist factories in developing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and oversees implementation
? Support on Sourcing team or other parties to assist in factory evaluation
Job Requirements:
? Undergraduate Degree holder major in Quality Assurance or Engineering Management or Related Field
? Knowledge of Lean manufacturing preferable
? Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience preferably in US sourcing companies/ retailer with solid factory QA experience and manufacturing process or production
? Strong verbal & written communication skill in English
? Frequent travel is required
