Principle Accountabilities:
Drive and manage all logistics projects, workshop or specific action plan.
Track the benefit from Axalta way project with the calculation rule aligned with finance.
Lead the assigned project and implemented it with the proper management process.
Manage the logistics related regulation/news update, impact analysis & action proposed to ensure the internal control point setup in place.
Collect the marketing intelligence, study on industry & competitor strategy and practice, seek new advice logistics operation tools & solution.
Set up the LSP annual plan and implement audit, track the open action without the overdue, offer the coordination for all logistics related audit in internal and external.
Set up the annual training plan and coordinate the internal/external resource to implement it.
Assist to prepare all china logistics operation related report with the information integrated from each logistics sub-team in china.
Conduct the logistics operation related SOP/procedure overall management.
Other jobs/assignments/projects assigned by the leader.


Skill and Knowledge Required:
Bachelor or above with major in supply chain, logistics operation.
APICS certification, and/or 5 years’ warehouse operation management experience.
Familiar with warehouse/transportation related regulation.
Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English.
Previous experience directly leading the warehouse related project is preferable.
Well Data sensitive and office Skill.
Excellent interpersonal communication and quick problem solving skill is needed.
