主要工作职责：
Job Description:

1、解决计算机软、硬件技术问题；服务器硬件维护/备份管理等服务器维护事宜。
Be respoinsible for onsite solving tech problems of software and hardware, server hardware maintainence/backup and other related maintaince tasks.
2、日常工作的系统录入、撰写工作文档和及时提交工作报告。
System recording for daily work, making working files and working reports in time.
3、客户专用软件的技术支持。
Tech support for customer's exclusive software, knowledge of application to manage basic SCM user needs as well as the liaison of ERP consultant;
4. Good customer service attitude and willing to learn.
5、客户经理交办的其他工作。
Other tasks arranged by customer manager.

1. IT背景的应届毕业生或1年相关工作经验
