Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Sales reports and sales review on business performance: prepare reporting, analyses
2. Leads sales forecasting and demand planning process. Analyze historical trend, understand future opportunities, and develop forecasting model. Work closely with sales team on the weekly sales planning and business monitoring.
3. Proactively coordinates cross-functionally (external customer, sales, purchasing, PM and engineering team) to ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency are maintained in the sales organization’s planning efforts. Work with finance and global sales ops team to develop and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
4. Support marketing team on price and volume analysis, R&D team on 1st year sales. Support local team on financial question.
5. Manage sales pipeline through CRM platform. Work with Development team and customers to track project development status, develop and monitor dashboard, and continuously improve key business metrics as needed.
6. Continuously refine and adjust business model and sales operation process. Communicate and align latest market practices to Global Sales Operation process.

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. 5 or 6 years’ experience in sales analyst, accounting, budgeting and/or related areas
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Strong analytical and knowledge of business processes and strategy. Ability to analyze data, identifies market trend and opportunities, and build forecasting model to quantify sales demand. Forecast or demand planning experience preferred.
4. Strong communication skill. Ability to manage external customer relationship and drive internal resources to support revenue target and sales activities.
5. Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English required (both Verbal and writing).
6. Strong organization skill and program management skills. Ability to understand organization’s needs, reach out to corporate resources and support, facilitate communications, identify issues, track and follow up AR.
7. Take strong initiative and ownership for the responsibilities
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
9. Experience with sales force or other CRM
10. An understanding of Auto industry and products would be a distinct advantage.
