职位描述：
工作内容：
1.执行招聘工作流程，背调，员工关系的处理；
2.负责海外公司的招聘，面试安排，合同管理；
3.完善培训制度，定期组织员工培训和管理层培训；
4.负责绩效考核的标准制定和考核的跟踪落实，参与薪酬体系的设计；
5.开展员工企业文化建设和文化活动；
6.参与建立完善公司各项人力资源制度；

任职资格：
1. 三年以上人事相关工作经验，从事过招聘、绩效考核、培训模块；
2. 本科及以上学历，人资或行政管理或工商管理专业，优秀的英语书写和交流能力；
3. 了解和喜欢外企文化和工作氛围；
4. 性格开朗乐观，抗压力强，细心耐心, 善于沟通；
5. 有外企工作经验优先；
