职位描述：
1. Prepare monthly expenses budget, manage daily cash inflow and outflow.
2. Bookkeeping, accounting entries review, correct and monthly closing.
3. Monthly tax filling and financial reporting to external parties, tax bureau, statistics, management committee etc.
4. Prepare annual financial statements; handle with annual financial report auditing and auditing arranged by management. Responsible for annual tax return, government department annual report.
5. Prepare and submit VAT exemption application documents to tax bureau. Ad hoc tax investigation reporting according to the requirement of tax bureau.
6. Review employees’ reimbursement expenses to make sure the expenses submitted are valid, reasonable and comply with company policy.
7. Prepare financial reports and other reports required by management. Summarize and analyze on expenses and suggest on savings for management.
8. Prepare payroll; arrange payment, registration and termination of social insurance and housing fund for employees; annual average income declaration and payment adjustment for social insurance and housing fund. 举报 分享
