职位描述：
【岗位职责】：
1. 负责独立开发所在区域重点新客户和组织团队开发所在区域新客户，完成年度销售指标；
2. 组织所负责区域销售工程师作好指定地区压铸行业现有客户的维护以及市场开拓；
3. 及时准确的了解市场动态、协助产品经理和销售经理制定和完善中、长期区域销售规划。

【岗位要求】：
1. 为人诚实可靠、品行端正，有优秀的职业道德，在行业内口碑良好；
2. 年龄28-40岁，大专以上学历，压铸、机械、材料、金属加工、化工专业优先；
3. 5年以上压铸行业销售或技术服务经验以及销售团队管理经验，熟悉相关工业工厂和市场环境，热爱销售工作, 且工作注重结果；
4. 具有很强的独立开拓新客户的能力和热情，热爱一线直销工作；
5. 有团队意识, 具有带领和培养、辅导团队成员的能力，愿意和同事分享经验和教训, 能适应频繁出差；
6. 有驾照者优先考虑；
7. 有突出压铸客户开拓经验或客源丰富者以上要求可适当放宽。

【Main Responsibilities】:
1. Be responsible for developing new key customers independently in the specified market area, as well as team organization in specified area for new customer development as to achieve annual sales target.
2. Be responsible for organizing sales team to secure existing customers and develop new customers and market for die casting industry in the specified market area.
3. Collect and analyze marketing information and identify opportunities for regional sales and support Product Manager and China Sales Manager to improve the medium & long term sales strategy that promotes sales growth.

【Position Requiring】:
1. Honest and reliable, well-conducted, excellent professional ethics, and good reputation in the industry.
2. 28-40 year-old, college or above, majored in die casting, machinery, material, metal working & chemical engineering is preferred.
3. Over 5 year sales experience and sales team management experience in die casting industry; familiar with related die casting factories and market status. Enjoy sales work and result orientated.
4. Excellent ability and passion of developing new customers independently; enjoy field sales work.
5. Excellent team worker. Good ability to lead, train and coach team members. Willing to share experience. Committed to frequently traveling in nationwide.
6. Driving License is preferred.
7. Outstanding customer development experience and/or strong customer resource in die casting industry is preferred. 举报 分享
