岗位职责：
1、全面支持公司日常质量管理工作，并对质量管理的各项工作结果负责；负责监督和领导本部门员工的日常工作
2、负责安排公司采购订单的质量控制作业，例如按周别制定基本的中期/尾期验货计划
3、针对大订单产品制定详细的检验作业指导书以及全面的验收标准
4、负责审查QC日常检验报告，针对质量异常订单给出处理方案以及后续改善计划；对质量问题行使否决权
5、每季度提交品质管理工作统计报表。分析阶段时间内所出现的质量异常订单并主持每季度质量例会、年度供应商质量问题分析会
6、负责部分订单的中尾期现场质量检验工作，对于出现的质量问题要在现场及时的给出处置方案以及改善建议；负责主导部分大订单的过程质量跟进工作
7、引导供应商建立适应自身状况的质量控制体系，负责对合作供应商的阶段质量水平进行品质考核
8、负责对新开发供应商进行下单前品质保证能力评估的工作
任职要求：
1、品质管理相关岗位实际工作经验3年以上，有较强的团队规划、组织、实施、监控及沟通协调能力
2、了解ISO9001：2008质量管理体系，熟练运用ANSI/ASQCZ1.4-1993C抽样检验标准
3、熟悉一般制造型工厂品质管理以及品质控制流程；丰富的过程质量控制经验
4、了解箱包、日用消费品、LED灯具等产品生产制造；流程以及关键质量控制点；对出现的各种质量问题拥有独立自主的主观判断能力
5、熟练运用QC7大手法，较强的质量统计以及图表分析能力
6、大专以上文化水平。国际贸易或计量检验相关专业优先录用，良好的英语阅读能力
7、优秀的组织管理能力及执行能力；较强的发现问题及分析解决问题能力
8、良好的沟通协调能力及人际关系技巧，良好的团队谢罪精神；严谨细致、责任心强；适应出差
