职位描述：
基本职责:
Essential Function:
1 Check the orders against delivery & Prices, register and confirm the orders. Follow up the orders.
2 Make the delivery plan for both Export and Domestic orders.
3 Production Meeting Facilator.
4 Be Chairman of the production meeting to track and follow the order deliveries against the delivery plan.
5 Make meeting minutes to inform about the actions and due time until the next meeting.
6 Follow up all the actions from the production meeting.
7 Keep GM informed in cases of any issue concerning not completed actions, that may cause Hagens Ningbo missing turnover or profit.
8 Report to GM and area sales manager concern sales and Orders.
9 Maintain a proper stock plan based on stock agreement between sales and customers.
10 Assist in marketing activities (exhibition, marketing material etc. ).
11 Assist to make sales figures for GM and Area Sales Manager.
12 Keep relative documents for other departments’ reference (must be easy accessible)

任职资格：
1、大专及以上，有无工作经验均可，欢迎应届毕业生
2.语言表达能力强，擅于沟通，虚心学习，适应出差
3.头脑清晰，思维敏捷，有良好的销售服务意识，工作耐心细致;
4.富有团队合作精神，做事认真、细心、负责
5.对工作充满热情，有集体荣誉感，具有较强的沟通协调能力。
6.熟练使用office等办公软件；
