Job Description 职位描述
● Design and develop the creative for launches, campaigns and other regular maintenance updates carried out for customer brands/catalogs/websites etc.
   能提供并开发创意设计作品，定期对客户品牌/目录/网站等维护和更新。
● Work closely with the branding and marketing team, to conceptualize campaigns as per briefs shared by the client to reflect a brand and inject beauty and life into a product.
   与品牌部和营销团队紧密合作，按照客户要求将品牌理念和产品特点完美融入设计中。
● Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.
  与客户合作，沟通和咨询对方的设计风格、格式、印刷和完成时间。
● Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the required quality.?
   联系印刷厂，确保印刷工作顺利完成及印刷材料的质量符合要求。
● Individual will be expected to have an excellent sense of visualization, composition, typography, imagery and colors.
   对视觉感、组成、排版、图像和颜色有较好把控。

Requirements 职位要求
● Must be Chinese citizen.
   中国籍雇员。
● Bachelor’s degree in related fields, ideally in design.
    本科以上学历相关专业。
● Can write emails fluently in English.
   有较强的写英文邮件的能力。
● Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
   拥有创造性的思维、灵活敏捷，懂概念性、视觉性和独创性。
● Well­ organized and keeping track of multiple projects on hand.
   擅长处理和组织多个工作任务。
● Strong typographical skills.
   有非常专业的技能。
● Pay attention to detail, and stay within Brand Guidelines.
   用心并注意细节，并能保持品牌的指导方针。
● Understanding of how print design is merging with interactive and how to develop brands that can make the transition from screen to screen.
   非常了解打印与设计的互动，全使用从屏幕到屏幕的转换。
● Skills in Adobe Suite: Main 3 Programs are Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator.
   至少有运用Adobe套件的技巧：PS图象处理软件、InDesign、Illustrator 3个主要程序。
● Skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Word and Sheets is a plus.
   有熟练运用微软系统的技能及谷歌词汇表者优先。
● Willing to work with other to gather information or to communicate.
   擅长沟通并能获取更多其他信息。
● Photography skills is a plus.
   有摄影技能者优先。
● Portfolio needs to be submitted for the beginning process.
   提交符合要求的作品。

● An initial salary of RMB5000-RMB6500.(After Tax) according to qualification and experience.
   月薪5000元－6500元，并根据个人资质和工作经验而定。
