职位描述：
Assistant to Senior Executives (President and B.O.D.)
1. Owner of strategic plan & annual budget of the dept.
2. Proactive assist to the management of Business calendar of M.D.
3. Proactively communicate with Board and Supervisory Board in Germany & coordination of key stakeholders
4. Operate the administrative services (office, flat, document etc.) for the president, BOD members, senior executives as well as overseas VIPs etc.
1. Operate the traveling service (visa, flights of domestics & overseas etc.)
2. Actively participate to German business society such as AHK as delegate of M.D.
3. Schedule management and coordination of Senior Management meetings (annual, quarterly, monthly & weekly) and all business meetings (with customers, Legal

consultancy & strategic partners etc.), record the meeting minutes and update all necessary documentation with follow-ups on status of outstanding issues, properly tracking and controlling
1. Management of files & documents
2. Other related assignments

Nature and Scope
1. The job holder reports to Managing Director / President
2. Business travels required

5. Fluent German and English skills (living experience in German-speaking countries preferred);
