（常务）副厂长主要职能：
1、辅助厂长建立与公司经营相适应的生产管理体系，不断完善各项管理制度；
2、通过多种方式的培训提高管理人员队伍的综合素质，通过科学考核与激励手段提升生产中心的管理绩效；
3、根据公司销售目标与计划、销售合同与工程施工进度计划制订年度、月度或间段性生产计划，并采取有效的计划管控手段，保质、保量、准时完成生产任务；
4、负责调配、管理各项生产资源，采取有效的成本控制手段，持续降低产品制造成本；
5、负责监督和执行5S管理体系和ISO质量体系的建立；
6、参与制订公司发展战略、新产品研发战略，完善产品工艺要求，为公司持续健康发展提供合理化建议。

任职资格：

1、年龄35岁以上，大专以上学历，10年以上生产制造企业管理经验，2年以上工厂副厂长任职经历；

2、了解国内外企业生产运作管理等领域的新发展、新动向，掌握隔断、家具生产行业的市场前景、技术发展方向，了解国家安全生产方面的法律法规，熟悉生产各个环节的过程控制；
3、熟悉5S管理；熟悉ISO：9000管理体系流程，熟练操作word、excel等办公软件；
4、具有较好的沟通、组织及协调能力。
