JOB PURPOSE　工作目的
Daily logistics operations, follow directions from local logistics manager , cooperate with related departments


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责

On Exceptional Level执行方面

· Daily logistics operations
n Local warehouse management
Stock management
follow up physical transportation
n JDE system operations of logistics
normal sales order processing
return order processing
exchange order processing
scrap processing
goods receiving
cycle count and stock take
Sending back WFR to FRC
· Accountable for all Logistics operations.
n Ensure all sales orders to deliveries timely to all customers
n Return issue solved on time.
n Make sure operation are accurate & recorded timely in JDE system
· cooperate with local related departments

· Accountable of quality in Logistics operations
n Proper load/Unload from truck to the warehouse

· Preparing original data of Logistics KPI’s
-- OFR / % of Primary/Secondary transport / stock out trend / BU Control etc.
· Make sure information from warehouses & transportation Companies is accurate & timely.
n Exceptional report
n Warehouse KPI’s (location control / FIFO / IRA etc.)
· Preparing suppliers performance reports
n Warehouse contractors / Primary transportation Company / 2nd transportation Company management.
