Development Engineer, Hardware
Job description:
As Hardware Development Engineer your main tasks will include, but not limited to following:
? Participate in product development electronic projects within Electrolux Small Appliances
? Develop and improve embedded hardware solutions for products in the small appliance field, such as vacuum cleaners, battery vacs, coffee machines etc.
? Create and design test setups for hardware unit and system test
? Implement new and robust product hardware designs
? Evaluate test results and create new solutions and improvements
? Interested in working in a multinational environment with different cultures
? Provide support inside the Embedded technology department, if needed

Competencies and skills needed, but are not limited:
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Embedded engineering, Electrical engineering or similar
? 3-5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded designs
? Knowledge in measurement equipment
? Experience of working with development tools such as Bugzilla, Jira etc.
? Experience in both 8-bit and 32-bit (ARM Coretex) MCU architecture
? Proven working experience in projects
? Strong skills in Electronic CAD tools (ORCAD)
? Creative and pro-active in translating knowledge into proposals for improvements
? Excellent ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
? Ability to run several projects in parallel
? Process and target oriented
? Good analytical skills
