Job Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for supervising footwear analytical lab.

2.Monitoring & improving the whole testing process, ensure it is smooth and no delay.

3.Ensure original data and reports timely generated by the team member with high clarity and accuracy.

4.Select, develop or rotate staffs to ensure the efficient operation of all teams.

5.Master the operation status and environment condition for the chemical apparatus/equipment, and handle the related problems.

6.Support failure analysis and technical troubleshooting in footwear analytical testing.

7.Offer consultation in the technical problems, and handle other relevant issues.



Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry or related field, have footwear background will be a plus.

2.Over 3 years in management role in the analytical chemistry laboratory preferably with an independent testing laboratory.

3.Ability to manage all aspects of an analytical chemistry laboratory including operation of equipment, data analysis, issuing reports, and building an effective and efficient laboratory team.

4.Have a very logic mind and strong analytical thinks. Being competent for multi-role.
5.Familiar with European testing standards including EN, BS, DIN, and ISO.
6.Master laboratory equipments such as ICP, GC-MS, LC-MS, IR and UV.
7.Experience in the testing of consumer goods and in attaining ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation is an advantage.
8.Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. Ability to speak and read German is a plus.

9.Willing to learn, work over time & under pressure.
