职位描述：
职位描述(Job responsibilities)：包括但不限（including but not limited to

1. Technical support for customer daily business of macerator, including retail/project. Model selection/ installation support/ after sales etc.
向客户提供污水提升泵日常业务的技术支持，包括零售与项目销售方面关于型号选择，安装支持及售后技术服务事宜
2. Familiar with CAD, including read / drawing. Using CAD to support sales under customer demanding.
熟悉CAD，能读图、制图。使用CAD作为辅助工具按客户需求提供销售支持。
3. Participate in Training / seminar/ fair with marketing. Responsible for technical content of marketing material used in exhibition.
与市场人员一起参与培训、研讨会、展览会。对展览会用于市场促销的支持性相关资料负责。
4. Repairing guidance on site, including give plumber/customer/user instruction about SFA macerator.
提供现场维修指导，包括给安装人员、客户、终端用户进行SFA污水提供泵的使用说明
5. Communicate and deal with special case with customer.
与客户针对特殊事项进行沟通、协调。
职位要求（Qualification and Experience expectation）:
1. Junior college in water supply and sewerage engineering / mechanical, or related field
供水及污水处理工程、机械或其他相关领域专业大专及以上学历。
2. 3+ working related experience, home applicant after sale experience is preferred.
3年及以上工作经验，家电应用售后服务工作经验尤佳
3. 100% customer orient mind set and good understanding of technical & after sales support
100%顾客至上导向意识，及对于售后技术服务有良好理解。

技能要求及个人性格（Skills and Personal Attributes）：
Fluent mandarin & English written and reading at least
普通话流利，英语能读写
Highly computer literate – Familiar with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; email
熟悉电脑操作，熟练使用常用办公软件（Excel ,Word, PPT）及邮件往来
Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives, work on flexible assignment
自我驱动，能根据事项轻重缓急有效安排事务处理顺序,能接受机动工作指派
Good communication skill and team work spirit. Strong interpersonal and good presentation skill
良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神.良好的人际关系处理能力及陈述、介绍技能。
Willing to travel per work required
能够根据工作需要进行出差
