Job Description:
1. Coordinate packaging artwork with US packaging team, Buyers and vendors for NPD artwork development projects, ensuring on time release of company’s package graphic for packaging production.
与供应商、买手、及美国总部包装团队等协调沟通，跟踪公司新产品包装图稿设计项目，确保图稿能够按时释放生产。
2. Assists US Packaging team to review and proofread packaging artworks. Ensure all packaging meets the company’s objectives, quality and standards.
协助美国包装团队审核一些包装图稿，确保这些图稿符合公司的规定及要求。
3. Preliminary check of vendors’ proof or print samples to ensure accurate color, contents and printing quality etc. on all graphics work prior to release for printing. Follow up with vendors to produce correct packaging samples for validation by US team.
初步检查和确认供应商的印刷样品，确保在释放生产前颜色，内容，印刷品质等正确。跟进供应商生产正确的包装样品给美国总部确认。
4. Provide technical support to vendors and/or printing vendors to resolve printing quality and schedule all related issues in a timely manner. Working with US packaging team, vendors and QC for packaging improvement once necessary.
提供技术支持给供应商或者印刷厂家以适时解决印刷品质，交期等相关问题。必要的时候与美国包装团队、供应商、及QC部门一起做包装改进。
5. Be able to create, revise or design packaging artwork when required;
必要的时候能设计或者修改包装图稿。

Required Qualifications:
1. Degree in packaging, packaging graphic design, packaging engineering or related field.
包装、包装图稿设计、包装工程或相关专业.
2. Minimum 3 years experience of graphic design or packaging structure design experience. Good command of printing knowledge.
三年以上包装图搞设计或者包装结构设计经验。充分掌握印刷方面的知识。
3. Minimum 3 years experience of working directly with vendors and/or suppliers. Be able to perform color proof accurately to ensure brand color standards are met.
三年以上与供应商直接接触的经验, 能够做包装品质确认，尤其是色彩跟准方面。
4. Experience in MS office, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign or other related Software.
熟练使用MS office, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign相关软件。
5. High attention to detail and accuracy.
非常注重细节和准确度。
6. Good English level for reading and writing, fluent oral English will be a big plus.
良好的英语读写能力, 口语流利优先。
7. Familiar in working with US retailers will be a big plus.
