职位描述

This position is based in Shanghai, being the Worldwide Head Office of the company in China.
The main function is to run truly and fairly the accounting tasks of the Company and to carry out diligently all financial transactions.
To take care of matters related to accounting and finance
To respect and enforce the Company internal corporate policies and rules.
Corporate with all ADEN internal departments, suppliers, customers, authorities, external auditors, bank, consultant.

岗位职责

Finance & Accounting

Prepare Aden group Conso financial statements (Income Statement / Balance Sheet) and follow up with reports, and review financial reports for country/branch offices. Consolidate result on Group level.
Liaise with China, Vietnam and Remote Site Division finance team to have first analysis.
Ensure timely collection, accuracy control of financial data from country/branch offices and consolidation on a monthly basis.
Follow-up of all inter company loans (and related documents) within the company. Keep soft and hard copies for each. Follow up the payment.
Prepare and review Budgets and Actuals for Conso Aden Group and its subsidiaries.
Prepare and send invoices for Aden group or other Hong Kong companies of the group if needs.
Review expenses report for WHQ (Headquarters) and RSM WW (Remote site division) employees based in SH, prepare their Advance/Expense journals.
Prepare payments forms related to Aden Group or other Hong Kong companies of the group.
Manage WHQ Bank, Petty cash journal
Interco reconciliation on regular basis
Ensure Aden Group bookkeeping : Input in ERP and check
Support and advise RSM finance team on their accounting work
Liaise with external auditors during audit period

Information & Management

Collection and file of ad hoc financial information related to competitors.
Cooperate and interact with other departments of the Company as well as contractual third parties.
Report and make suggestions on any matter relevant to the department
Any other or duty assigned by Management.

- Strong audit and accounting background
- Perfect written and oral English (French is a plus but not necessary)
- Excel proficiency
- Experience in foreign companies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Rigorous, responsible and autonomy in his (her) work
